First ever bungee jump in a wheelchair completed in Russia

Alexi Mayuko has made what may be the first ever bungee jump in a wheelchair at Sochi’s Skypark, Russia on Saturday.

Footage of the Russian making the 69m (226ft) jump was released on Monday showing how he has refused to let his wheelchair stop him from completing the jump.

Sochi National Park and was named after the inventor of the bungee jump who hails from New Zealand.
