CALA Homes has released its first collection of new homes within its Sequoia Meadows development in Jackton.
The house developer launched off-plan sales, giving buyers the chance to reserve one of the first bundle of homes at the development.
It is part of the huge East Kilbride Community Growth Area which, when complete, will include thousands of new homes, a new purpose-built primary school as well as a selection of retail units, with a number of developers currently on site.

The first homes to be released at the sought-after development include a range of three-bedroom terraced homes as well as a selection of four- and- five-bedroom detached properties.
The homes boast high specification finishes in line with the homebuilder’s specifications, with each one fitted with solar panels to help buyers run their homes more sustainably, and cost-effectively.
