The operator which runs Bristol's buses is the worst in the UK for customer satisfaction, according to a social media study.
Tempcover analysed 210,852 tweets about First buses in the 12 months up to June, finding 62 per cent were negative.
This made the firm the lowest-placed of seven UK bus companies listed in the report, with 18 per cent more negative tweets than top-placed National Express.
In the regional table, First Bus Bristol, Bath and the West was discussed in 29,279 tweets, 69 per cent of which were critical.
It ranked eighth of 63 regional operators, with 70 per cent of tweets about its service 'angry'.
In all, Tempcover looked at 3.2 million tweets to put together the report.

First managing director Giles Fearnley said: “We have been listening to customers via our own customer feedback channel (Tell First Bus) and the annual Transport Focus survey.
"As a result, over the past year we have focused on providing customers with simpler journeys and better information through investment in digital mobile and contactless ticketing, driver training, App developments and investment in on-board customer technology and new vehicles.
“We aim to deliver a helpful, easy to use and reliable service for our customers and we are working hard to deliver improvements to the things that customers tell us matter most to them.
“Congestion of course remains a huge issue in many areas and is understandably reflected in customer’s frustrations when they experience slow and delayed journey times."
Mr Fearnley added there has been a 46 per cent increase in bus use over the past four years in Bristol, North and North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
