FIREFIGHTERS have worked through the night battling a blaze at a scrapyard in Moray.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Moycroft Road in Elgin at 10.35pm on Tuesday.
At the height of the incident six fire appliances and a number of specialist resources were tackling the blaze.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said that four appliances and specialist resources remained at the scene at 6.30am on Wednesday.
There were no reports of any casualties.

The fire service has advised local residents to keep their doors and windows closed due to smoke in the area.
A number of roads in the area have been closed as emergency services deal with the incident.
Police said that Moycroft Road north of Chanonry Road is shut along with a section of Chanonry Road North and there is no access to Tyock industrial estate from the A96.
Officers advised any businesses in the industrial estate that remain open to keep their windows and doors closed due to smoke from the fire.
