Firefighters are tackling a blaze at a commercial building in the Kinning Park area of Glasgow.
Crews race to the scene to after the fire broke out in Seward Street just after 3:30am.
A total of nine appliances are in attendance.
A spokesman for Scottish Fire and Rescue said: "Fire crews were called to a commercial building at Seward Street at around 3.37am.
"Operation control mobilised nice fire appliances and crews are at the scene.
"Police are also in attendance as the fire is likely to cause significant traffic disruption this morning."
