Fire crews raced to a field fire in fife this afternoon as the blaze spread rapidly through the area.
Emergency services were called to Kettlebridge at around 3pm today after plumes of smoke were seen billowing across the sky. Two fire engines were sent to tackle the blaze and remain at the scene.
There is currently no details of any injuries.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "SFRS were alerted to a field fire in Kettlebridge in Fife at 14.48pm.
"Two appliances have been sent to the scene where they remain in place."
