Dublin Fire Brigade helps deliver baby Pria during Storm Barra

A group of firefighters and paramedics battled through Storm Barra to get to a pregnant mother last night (Tuesday 7th December).

The emergency workers were called out from Tallaght Fire Station as the storm hit Dublin.

On arrival, they attended to the expectant mother and assisted her with the delivery of her baby girl, who was named Pria.

In a post on Twitter, Dublin Fire Brigade confirmed that baby Pria was healthy, and she and her mum were both doing well.
