A person was cut free from a car after an accident involving two vehicles in south Liverpool.
The emergency services were called to the junction of Lawrence Road and Gainsborough Road in Wavertree at around 3.33pm today following reports of an accident.
Firefighters cut free one person from their car. There was no information available this evening on the person's condition.
The accident happened near to a local shop.
Photographs taken at the scene showed a cordon in place this afternoon. The roof of one of the cars involved in the accident had been removed.
