Firefighters called to Beeston property to rescue person who got locked in bathroom

Firefighters made public one of their more unusual incidents after they were called to help rescue a person who had been locked inside a bathroom.

The incident happened at around 6.02pm at a property in Middleton Crescent, Beeston, on Wednesday, September 18.

Crews from Stapleford station attended the property to help the female who had been trapped.

A tweet from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "18:02 Stapleford attended a property on Middleton Crescent, Beeston & released one female locked in bathroom."
