Fire crews battled a blaze at a Glasgow home after a fire broke out on Thursday evening.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Crossford Drive in Summerston.
It is understood that the fire was reported at around 7pm on July 9.
The fire service has confirmed that four appliances are in attendance as firefighters try to bring the flames under control.
Images taken at the scene show bright orange flames coming from the roof of the semi detached property, with thick black smoke billowing from the building and the roof appearing to have been partly destroyed.
Another image of the aftermath shows a large hole in the roof, exposed beams and internal structures, and parts of the roof caved in, with the property left blackened and charred as concerned locals and a firefighter look on.
No information has yet been released on whether anyone was hurt.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We received the first call for a fire at a domestic property on Crossford Drive in Summerston, Glasgow at 7:14pm on Thursday, July 9. Four appliances are currently in attendance."
