Fire service rescue child stuck in a tree in Hucknall

Firefighters rescued a child who was stuck up a tree.

Hucknall fire crew were called to an incident in Bestwood Road at around 3pm on Sunday, December 29.

A Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "We were called at 2.59pm.

"Hucknall Station (fire crews) have attended a child stuck in a tree on Bestwood Road in Hucknall.

"Crews used a ladder to rescue the child from the tree."
