Fire crews have raced to the scene of a fire in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow this evening.
The Scottish Sun report that up to to five fire appliances are in attendance on the scene on Melville Street, having arrived around 7pm.
A spokeswoman for Scottish Fire and Rescue service said: "We can confirm that we are in attendance and we are dealing with the incident."
Police officers are also in attendance at the scene.
A Police spokesman said: "We received a call by the fire service just after 7pm in relation to the fire.
"Officers have been providing assistance at the scene."
The incident comes just days after a building collapsed after a fire took hold of a takeaway on nearby Albert Drive.
