Fire crews raced to tackle a blaze as a van went up in flames close to the M8.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue service were called to Baird Street, near Royston Road at around 3.55pm following reports that a van had caught fire.
One appliance attended and the fire has since been extinguished.
The police are currently at the scene and have taped off parts of the area.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said there's no reports of any injuries at the time.
