Fire crews raced to an early morning blaze at a block of flats in Glasgow .
Emergency services rushed to a house fire on Kirkton Avenue in Knightswood at 5.45am on Tuesday morning.
Pictures on social media showed crews and emergency services arriving.
Ambulances are also in attendance.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured.
A spokesperson for Scottish Fire and Rescue said: " Scottish Fire and Rescue were alerted to reports of a fire at a flat within a multi-storey in Glasgow, at 5.45am on Tuesday, March 26.
"Ops controls mobilised five engines to the scene at Kirkton Avenue in Knightswood.
"Crews remain on the scene."
