A dozen firefighting crews are battling to extinguish a blaze at a primary school in Bondi.
Fire and Rescue NSW were called to the fire around 5pm on Wednesday, finding a two-storey building inside Bondi Beach Public School well alight.
Paramedics are on the scene as well as 12 fire trucks.
A spokesman for FRNSW said the fire had been contained to one building but was not completely extinguished.
No injuries have been reported, but crews are still sweeping the school grounds to confirm no one was inside.
It is too early to tell if the blaze was deliberately lit, the spokesman said.
