A fire took place at a pub on Rama IX Road in Bangkok on Friday but no injuries were reported, authorities said.
The Fire and Rescue Office of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration said the fire began at App Arena in Huai Khwang district around 5pm, damaging the building and a car parked outside.
The office said the pub was being renovated when the fire occurred. Sparks from a welding torch being used on the premises might have caused the blaze, it said.
