A huge fire has ripped through a housing development in Glasgow's southside.
The blaze took hold at an under-construction building on Riverford Road, Pollokshaws at around 7pm.
Emergency services are currently at the scene and the fire is now under control. No one is believed to have been hurt.
The street remains closed off to traffic.
An eyewitness told Glasgow Live: "There is thick smoke all around around the Shawbridge street area but it really is wild and is spreading."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokesman confirmed they were in attendance but refused to give further detail at this time.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
