LUCKNOW: A retired judge, Seth Shailendra Nath Tandon, lodged a case against the driver of a car for reckless driving and causing mental trauma to him and his wife by hitting his car from behind in Gomtinagar.
In the FIR, he stated that he along with his wife was returning home in a car and when he reached near the turning point at Manisha Temple, the car driver hit his car from behind causing a big dent in the car. The incident took place around 5 pm on Sunday and the judge was in his SUV.
SHO, Gomtinagar, KK Tiwari, said that an FIR under the charges of rash driving on a public place has been lodged and efforts are on to trace the vehicle.
