An investigation has been launched after a man was shot dead in north London.
Police were called at 8.22pm on Monday to reports of shots fired in Wiltshire Gardens, Finsbury Park, Scotland Yard said.
Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found a man suffering gunshot injuries.
The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers are working to identify his family and are appealing for anybody with any information to come forward.
A post-mortem examination and formal identification will be arranged in due course.
There have been no arrests.
