Finsbury Park: Pedestrian, 20, fighting for life after ‘double hit and run’ in Seven Sisters Road

A 20-year-old is fighting for his life in hospital after a collision with two cars in Finsbury Park - as police hunt the two drivers.

The Met was called to Seven Sisters Road at its junction with Blackstock Road, around 2.40am on Monday.

The pedestrian, a man in his late 20s was, taken to hospital in a critical condition. His family have been informed.

Two cars - thought to be an Audi and a Zip hire car - are believed to have been involved in the collision.

Both drivers failed to stop, and no arrests have yet been made.

Scotland Yard is appealing for witnesses and information about the incident.

Officers from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating, and in particular, are asking anyone who has dashcam footage to come forward.
