There's only so much we can say here - one look at the photo and you'll be drooling.
Bloc Pop Up, renowned for their daring dishes and mad meals have really pushed things to the limit here, with the addition of a new menu item - Irn Bru pulled pork poutine.
Seasoned fries topped with cheddar, slow-cooked Irn Bru and chipotle pulled pork, sour cream and a sticky Irn Bru and chipotle sauce. Stop it.
Of course the new dish comes hot on the heels of the news the Finnieston venue has launched its full menu this week with the likes of bagels, dogs, burgers and poutines beckoning us to Claremont Street.
There's also a number of vegan items on there too, including the ridiculous-looking buffalo birdfree bagel - crispy, fiery buffalo-breaded strips of BLOC's own-recipe seitan, fresh shredded celery topped with melted vegan cheese and vegan garlic mayo, all served on a toasted bagel with buffalo hot sauce.
The new menu follows the success of Fire+Haus, their weekly rotating spicy Sunday food challenge where punters could win free grub, some branded Bloc toilet roll and a polaroid to take pride of place on their 'Pure Roasters' wall of fame.
The Irn-Bru poutine dish? It's a little crazy, but then you'd be a little crazy not to try it.
