Finniestion chippy launches vegan menu this week

We've seen it all now.

The Kent Fish & Chip shop in Finniestion is launching a vegan menu this week, in a bid to ensure all residents of the city head along and sample their specialities.

From Wednesday, the popular eatery will be serving up tasty treats including vegan fish and chips, vegan black pudding suppers, "sheezy chips" and tofish.

Owner Paddy Quinn is no stranger to frying up unusual dishes, so this will be an easy catch for him to net.
