Finn Russell has again been left out of Scotland's Six Nations squad.
The Racing 92 centre will not feature for Greg Townsend's team as they prepare to face England at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Russell was initially axed ahead of the weekend defeat to Ireland following a previous Sunday evening booze-up in the team hotel bar.
The door was left open for the former Glasgow Warriors star to remain with the squad for the Ireland game but he instead opted to return to France in preparation for Racing's match against Castres.
That followed "positive" talks with Townsend over potentially returning to the fold.
And now, with the Calcutta Cup showdown looming, the 27-year-old has been dropped again.
Worcester Warriors stand-off Duncan Weir has retained his place in the Scotland side ahead of Russell.
