Micheál Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan are coming into Government Buildings on Monday morning to put their signatures on the historic new Programme for Government coalition document.
Talks between the three leaders adjourned at ten o’clock on Sunday night after what sources said were “positive" and "constructive” talks - but the deal was not signed.
However, all sides are in agreement behind the scenes that it is almost only a formality now, and on his way out of Government Buildings last night, Fianna Fáil leader, Mr Martin, said: “We’ve completed our negotiations for this evening.
“We’ve made very good progress.

“The three leaders will meet again in the morning and should be in a good position to see this through then at that stage."
He added: “As I’ve said we’ve made good progress on this today and should be in a position tomorrow morning to sign off on the document - we’re nearly there.”
And a spokesman for Fine Gael leader, Leo Varadkar, told the Mirror: “Good constructive discussions this evening, resuming tomorrow.”
Green leader, Eamon Ryan, last night said: "We're coming back in the morning to have a final scan over the text.
"And if it's agreed then, I presume tomorrow afternoon, tomorrow midday, it will go to our parliamentary parties for them to consider it."
