Financial Connectivity Boosts Performance of Saudi Enforcement Courts

Judges in enforcement courts are now connected to 13 digital financial services to help speed up procedures and implementation of rulings.

What is known as “Tanfeez” program helps judges get certain financial information through connecting with Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency SAMA.

“From enquiring about bank accounts, statements, to blocking transactions, Tanfeez program provide judges with digital power needed to make solid decisions and implement rulings” said the Saudi Ministry of Justice.

The service compliments the role between Justice Ministry and SAMA, helping both entities regulate relevant work with efficiency.

The Saudi Ministry of Justice has been working in the past few years to create digital integration with other government agencies in order to facilitate the judicial work and use technology in best possible way.

“Enforcement courts are given special attention by the ministry as they play focal role in boosting the judiciary system,” added the ministry.

“We are focusing our digital transformation efforts on those courts in order to facilitate their role.”

“Those courts succeeded in retaining financial rights for thousands of people and the plan is to continue to do so with less time and higher efficiency” concluded the ministry.
