A Glasgow-based financial advice firm has strengthened its senior management team with two key appointments.
McCrea Financial Services has promoted Elaine Hamilton to the post of director of business development and Lesley Anne MacGregor has been appointed director of operations.
Hamilton’s role will also see her continue to oversee the firm’s marketing and communications activity.
The appointments came as the company also announced it had secured the Investors in People Platinum (IIP) award.
The assessment for the award noted that the firm had seen its staff satisfaction level increase to 86%.
McCreas, which is celebrating its 20th year in business, provide advice on investments, mortgages, pensions, retirement and tax planning.
