'Finally!' - Chelsea fans in meltdown over what Thomas Tuchel has done against Wolves

Thomas Tuchel has named his first Chelsea starting lineup since being appointed head coach.

The Blues welcome Wolves to Stamford Bridge as they look to get their Premier League season back on track and it's safe to say that the German's team selection has got fans talking.

Chelsea go into the game on the back of a 3-1 win over Luton Town - a result that wasn't enough to keep Frank Lampard in a job as he was sacked less than 24 hours later.

And Tuchel was confirmed as his replacement the following day and the ex-Paris Saint-Germain boss has only had one training session with the squad.

But in an attempt to get off to a winning start in his first game in charge, Tuchel has made wholesale changes to the side which started Lampard's final game.

10 to be exact, and there were suggestions that he was changing the system to a back three, but it would appear it's a 4-2-3-1 formation for the hosts.

The sole survivor from the cup tie is Hakim Ziyech as the likes of Christian Pulisic, Reece James, and Timo Werner are left out of the starting XI.

There is a chance for Callum Hudson-Odoi to impress the new boss, while Thiago Silva, Olivier Giroud, and Jorginho all start.

Chelsea XI: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Thiago Silva, Chilwell; Kovacic, Jorginho; Ziyech, Havertz, Hudson-Odoi; Giroud

Most of the reaction from Chelsea supporters on social media has centered around the inclusion of Antonio Rudiger as well as Mason Mount being named on the bench.

Take a look at some of the best responses on Twitter...
