'Finally' - Arsenal fans all say the same thing for Mikel Arteta's Leeds United team selection

Arsenal supporters have been reacting to Mikel Arteta's latest team selection, as his side take on Leeds United at Elland Road.

The Gunners are looking to bounce back from the surprising defeat to Aston Villa prior to the two-week international break.

There's some big news for the north London side's fans as well - with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang looking set to start the clash through the middle.

Unfortunately for the Gunners, Thomas Partey (thigh), Mohamed Elneny (Covid) and Sead Kolasinac (Covid) are all unavailable for selection for the trip to Yorkshire.

The Gunners trio suffered the injuries/illnesses while away on international duty with Ghana, Egypt and Bosnia, respectively.

It looks like a change of formation for Arsenal, with a four at the back looking likely for the visitors.

Arteta made four changes from the side that were thrashed 3-0 to Villa, with Joe Willock getting his first start of the Premier League season.

As well as Willock's inclusion, Nicolas Pepe, Granit Xhaka and Dani Ceballos all come into the Gunners XI.

The big team news, though, is a central role for Aubameyang - something Arsenal supporters have been crying out for, for a long time.

Gunners supporters have all been saying the same thing on Twitter while reacting to the news that Arteta has elected for the club captain in the centre-forward role.

As for Leeds, Kalvin Phillips returns to Marcelo Bielsa's team, after being sidelined for a while due to injury.

As well as the England midfielder coming back in, new signing Raphinha has been handed his first Premier League start since arriving from Rennes in the summer.

The Whites have conceded 17 goals in the top-flight so far this season - which is the second most in the division, so chances shouldn't be too hard to come by for Arsenal at Elland Road.
