Final office suite at former TSB building in Bristol snapped up

A deal has been agreed to let out the last of a suite of recently refurbished offices in Bristol.

The PS21 building on Prince Street, formerly occupied by TSB, is now owned by developer Robert Hitchins.

The company has agreed to let the 2,283 sq ft space on the second floor to QBE Insurance Group, an insurer and reinsurer providing cover in more than 140 countries.

John Jones, senior asset and development manager at Robert Hitchins, welcomed QBE to the building, which covers 15,278 sq ft over four floors.

“We’re extremely happy with the property and pleased to welcome another quality tenant,” he said.

“The acquisition gave us a chance to create modern offices with a contemporary feel and excellent facilities in a great location close to Queen Square.”

The agents were Colliers International and Knight Frank.

Director James Preece from Colliers International added: “We are delighted to have fully let PS21 on behalf of Robert Hitchins Ltd.

"As well as providing quality office space, the building is ideally located between Harbourside and Queen Square so that occupiers are close to a multitude of amenities.

“PS21 has performed very well for a forward-thinking landlord who has continually upgraded the space since the refurbishment.”

Other tenants at PS21 include Baltimore Consulting; Shintoa Corporation; Rapleys; Blue Arrow; Thorn Baker Group; Ricardo; and Concert Consulting.
