Final Chargers-Broncos injury report: TE Hunter Henry out, 3 doubtful

The Chargers released their final injury report on Friday ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Broncos.

Here is a look at the report:

OUT:

Hunter Henry (knee)

DOUBTFUL:

Nasir Adderley (hamstring)

Michael Badgley (groin)

Justin Jackson (calf)

QUESTIONABLE:

Travis Benjamin (hip)

Virgil Green (groin)

Mike Williams (back)

Thomas Davis (groin)

Melvin Ingram (hamstring)

Tight end Hunter Henry is the only player that’s certainly not going to play this weekend. Henry made some strides this past week at practice, getting a little bit of work in and running sprints off to the side.

Safety Nasir Adderley, kicker Michael Badgley and running back Justin Jackson are likely going to join Henry on the sidelines, as they all have been listed as doubtful.

Adderley’s hamstring started to flare up after last Sunday’s game, Badgley’s groin hasn’t appeared to make much improvement and Jackson was spotted without a boot, which is a good sign.

Rookie Chase McLaughlin will make his professional regular season debut on Sunday.

It appears like wide receivers Mike Williams and Travis Benjamin will play. They were both full participants today at practice.

Surprisingly, defensive end Melvin Ingram was listed as questionable. Ingram was reportedly expected to miss a couple weeks with a hamstring injury, but it appears that he’s making quick strides to returning to live game action.
