Final call for Top 30 Under 30 entrants for 2023

A final call for entries to this year’s Top 30 Under 30 has been made.

The sixth year of the leadership development programme recognising the Humber’s top talent is about to begin, with the search launched in November. And founder Simon Jones has updated the delivery, building in more networking for the 2023 cohort with those who have already been through the programme, adding to the support.

A strong alumni was evident at last year’s celebration, with the peer to peer benefits being capitalised on. Now, with a deadline for nominations closing on Friday, Mr Jones said: “Every year we get amazing feedback, and it has been brilliant to see how we impact our winners. However, I am determined to continue to push to ensure we give maximum value to both the businesses and individuals involved.

“This year’s participants will see an improved Leap programme, more opportunities to network among winners past and present, a wider support programme to help embed the learnings from the programme, plus we will be providing more online coverage than ever before.

“The changes made will create our best experience to date and will give the winners 12 months that they will never forget. It also demonstrates my continued commitment to our core values – highlight and recognise the talent in the region, give this talent the skills to succeed and highlight the opportunities in the Hull and Humber region.”

Last year’s list had a wide variety of businesses involved, from some of the region’s most recognised private sector enterprises, through to public sector organisations and SMEs, and Mr Jones is keen to encourage all organisations to get involved.

“The brilliant thing about this scheme is that we get to hear about young people doing amazing things in all corners of our region, and the scheme impacts that individual regardless of their experiences. It doesn’t matter what organisation you are, your talented young person will benefit from being selected in our exclusive 30.”

All entries can be made through the website – www.top30under30.co.uk. Nominations close midnight on Friday, January 20, with organisations informed on successful selection soon after, ahead of launch in March.
