Rangers face a wait to discover if Filip Helander will be fit for this weekend's trip to face St Johnstone after he picked up an injury on international duty.
It's unclear exactly what is wrong with the centre back after he sat out of Sweden's friendly win over Uzbekistan on Sunday.
But Sweden gaffer Janne Andersson has revealed he has been training on his own and he could miss out on Wednesday's trip to face Greece on Wednesday night.
It would be a huge blow for the Scandinavian side with Helander putting in a brilliant performance in their shock win over Spain last Thursday.
He was at the heart of the defence alongside Manchester United's Victor Lindelof as they kept the likes of Ferran Torres and Gerard Moreno quiet throughout.
But he could now be missing for Wednesday's clash, which could see Sweden all but guarantee a playoff place with a victory.
Andersson said: "Filip Helander (has) run individually in the gym. Some players have been given an adapted training load and will step up gradually."
And when quizzed over his availability for Wednesday, he added: "It's too early to say. We can't take it for granted."
Rangers boss Steven Gerrard will now be watching closely to see what is going on with the Ibrox side facing a trip to Perth to face St Johnstone on Saturday.
