Fight breaks out in Asda as shoppers hunt for discounts

This bizarre footage shows the moment a scuffle erupted at an Asda supermarket - in a row over reduced items.

Nick Alexander was shopping at his local supermarket in Wolverhampton when the scene suddenly turned violent.

Bargain hunters are shown pushing and shoving each other in scenes reminiscent of "Black Friday" sales.

Strangely enough however the fight erupted not over expensive electronics but simply reduced food.

Luckily, the only injury or casualty is a single wafer of ham that falls to the ground during the ruckus complete with a dramatic zoom from cameraman Nick.

Entrepreneur Nick, or Mr Miami UK, originally from Miami but living now in the West Midlands, said: “This is bizarre.

“I was thinking why they are acting like this... I use the discount aisle and wouldn’t think of ever going near a commotion like that, but I felt everyone needed to see what it was like and how people have no regard for others.

“Maybe I should shop a little later if I want to miss the bargain hunters.”
