1. Veterinary receptionist

Type: Part time/ Permanent

Wage: £8.91 an hour, at 20-25 hours per week

Location: St James Veterinary Practice, Swansea SA2

St James Veterinary Practice in Swansea is looking for a receptionist who is able to undertake general reception duties and maintain computerised client records in accordance with practice policy, answer telephone enquiries and re-direct those of a technical nature to an appropriate member of staff, ensure that the waiting room is clean, tidy and welcoming to clients at all times and promote a good image of the practice by maintaining a good standard of work.

2. Project assistant - Penderi Green Regeneration

Type: Part-time/ Internship/ Fixed term/ Freelance

Wage: £9.90 an hour, contract length - 22 weeks with part-time hours, 21 per week

Location: The Environment Centre, Swansea SA1

The Environment Centre is looking for people that are enthusiastic and keen to learn about community action to improve local green spaces. Project sssistants will help a team deliver a programme of work as part of the Community Renewal Funded ‘Penderi Green Regeneration’ initiative.

The role includes helping to arrange and also benefit from education and skills events, talks and workshops. Project assistants will also be involved in on-the-ground activity, including talking to local residents and groups about what they would like to see happen in their area and practical action to improve green space for nature and well-being.

You must live, work, or have a connection with Penderi Ward, have experience participating in team work or activities and have had experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

3. Internal communications officer

Type: Part-time/ Full-Time/ Permanent

Wage: £26,126 a year

Location: Swansea/ temporarily remote
