After the official FIFA 23 TOTY squad was revealed by EA Sports, the three attackers and 14 TOTY Icons are available in Ultimate Team now.
The FIFA 23 TOTY could go down as the biggest TOTY event in FIFA Ultimate Team history, with an incredible TOTY XI being accompanied by 14 brand-new TOTY Icons player items. The TOTY XI players have received heavily-boosted stats, and the three attackers from the TOTY XI are available in FUT Packs from Friday, January 20 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT.
Paris Saint-Germain duo Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe are joined by Karim Benzema as the three attackers entering FUT 23, with Messi the highest-rated player in the squad at 98 overall. The FIFA 23 Team of the Year (TOTY) attackers are available in Ultimate Team now, along with the new TOTY Icons. Below is the full FIFA 23 TOTY squad and the full list of TOTY Icons available.

Here's the confirmed FIFA 23 TOTY Ultimate XI squad, as confirmed by EA Sports.

- CB: Eder Militao (Real Madrid and Barcelona)
- CB: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool and Netherlands)

- CM: Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund and England)
- CM: Luka Modric (Real Madrid and Croatia)
- CM: Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City and Belgium)

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain both have the most players featured in the FIFA 23 TOTY XI, with three from each side included. Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham is a surprise inclusion in midfield, whilst Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne makes the TOTY XI for the sixth-consecutive FIFA title.
The entire FIFA 23 TOTY Final XI will be available in packs from Thursday, January 26 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT.
But the squad will start to be released into FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on Friday, January 20 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT. The TOTY attackers are available now until Saturday, January 21, with the midfielders on Sunday, January 22 until Monday, January 23 and the defenders and goalkeeper from Tuesday, January 24 until Wednesday, January 25.

FIFA 23 Team of the Year (TOTY) 12th man
As ever, the three players to narrowly miss out on a place in the FIFA 23 TOTY squad have been given the opportunity to be named as TOTY 12th man item, giving them a fully-fledged TOTY player item. Here are the 12th man contenders:
- Erling Haaland (Man City)
- Federico Valverde (Real Madrid)
- Joao Cancelo (Man City)
But, just as with the TOTY squad, fans will have to vote for the player they want to be named as the 12th man. The 12th man voting will kick off within FUT 23 from Monday, January 23.
