FIFA 22 TOTY defender and goalkeeper stats revealed with FUT items in packs now

The FIFA 22 Team of the Year defenders and goalkeeper player items are now in packs, EA Sports has confirmed.

Two Man City players and three Paris Saint-Germain players were named among the FIFA 22 TOTY Final XI defenders and goalkeepers when it was revealed on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 15:30 PM GMT, following the conclusion of a TOTY fan vote. Paris Saint-Germain's Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi and Marquinhos were all named in the FIFA 22 TOTY Final XI, despite failing to win Ligue 1 in 2020/21.

City stars Joao Cancelo and Ruben Dias were also included in the FIFA 22 TOTY Final XI, following their Premier League title triumph in 2021.

The FIFA 22 TOTY defenders and goalkeeper FUT player items will go into packs on Tuesday, January 25, 2021 at 18:00 PM GMT, for a limited time, with honourable mentions and 12th man to follow soon.

PSG defender Achraf Hakimi is the lowest rated item, rated at 93, with 99 pace, 80 shooting, 88 passing, 91 dribbling, 90 defending and 90 physical.

City defender Joao Cancelo has been given a 94-rated item, with 95 pace, 85 shooting, 91 passing, 93 dribbling, 90 defending and 87 physical.

His City teammate Ruben Dias has been given a 97-rated item, with 87 pace, 50 shooting, 84 passing, 81 dribbling, 97 defending and 96 physical.

The FIFA 22 TOTY defenders and goalkeeper FUT player items will go into packs on Tuesday, January 25, 2021 at 18:00 PM GMT, for a limited time, with honourable mentions and 12th man to follow soon. (EA SPORTS FIFA)

Central defender Marquinhos has a 95-rated item, with 90 pace, 61 shooting, 85 passing, 86 dribbling, 97 defending and 90 physical.

Finally, PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is rated at 96, with 98 diving, 90 handling, 90 kicking, 97 reflexes, 63 speed and 92 positioning.

The EA Sports FIFA 22 TOTY squad was the subject of a fan vote, which ended on Tuesday, January 18 2022 at 7:59 am GMT, having first opened on Monday, January 10 2022 at 16:00 pm GMT, with fans able to vote for a TOTY from 80 TOTY nominees.
