The FIFA 22 TOTW 16 squad could be dominated by Premier League stars this week, following some strong performances over the last week.
Manchester City midfielder Rodri could feature in the FIFA 22 Team of the Week 16 (TOTW 16) squad following the Spaniard's winning goal against Arsenal, whilst Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has a chance of being included too following his goal against Burnley.
Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic produced an outstanding performance in their 2-2 draw against Liverpool, scoring a stunning goal to make it 2-1 just before half-time, but because the Croatian featured in a Showdown SBC, it likely makes him ineligible.
Due to the lack of forward options this week, Liverpool winger Sadio Mane winger could be in line for a TOTW 16 spot following his goal in the same game, whilst Christian Pulisic is another option.
Elsewhere, players from Leicester City, Tottenham, FC Barcelona, Leeds United, West Ham United, Celta Vigo and Atletico Madrid could also be included in the FUT 22 TOTW 16 squad.
The FIFA 22 Team of the Week 16 (TOTW 16) is expected to be revealed and released into packs on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 18:00 pm GMT.

The FUT 22 TOTW 16 line-up will be picked on single performances only, so goals and assists are not added cumulatively within the TOTW period.
Also, note that performances in domestic cup competitions do not count towards TOTW selection criteria. Only one player from any one team can be included in a TOTW line-up, barring exceptional circumstances.
Also note that players included in either of the last two TOTW line-ups are ineligible, as are players who have featured in a recent FUT 22 promo.

The EA SPORTS FIFA Team of the Week will be revealed and released into packs at 18:00 BST UK time every Wednesday throughout FUT 22.
