EA Sports have released the rewards for the FIFA 22 TOTS Swaps 1 event, including TOTS player picks, Prime Icon Moments items and pack offers.
The FIFA 22 Team of the Season (TOTS) promo has been available in FIFA Ultimate Team for a few weeks now, with eight squads having already been released, including the Premier League, Bundesliga, and Community TOTS so far. The Team of the Season squads currently available in FUT 22 are the La Liga and Liga NOS TOTS, with the former available until 17:59 PM BST on Friday, May 27, and the latter available until 17:59 PM BST on Sunday, May 29.
The TOTS squads feature the best performing players from throughout the 2021/22 season, all receiving heavily boosted player items in FUT 22. Along with the promo, EA released a Swaps program to improve available rewards for FUT 22 players, and the rewards are now available to redeem.

The Swaps token program gives FUT players the chance to earn 'tokens' through Squad Building Challenges, Objectives and the FUT Store to be swapped for themed rewards at a later date. All 25 tokens have been released throughout the duration of TOTS Swaps 1.
So, what are the rewards available to redeem in FUT 22 and how long are they available to claim? Let's take a look.
TOTS Swaps season 1 rewards in full
Below is a full list of rewards available to redeem with the TOTS Swaps 1 Tokens earned, including a Premier League TOTS player pick and two different Prime Icon Moments player items.

With 25 tokens being released in total, there are lots of different combinations you can use to maximise your total rewards. If you gain all 25 tokens, you would be left with three tokens if you were to claim the Icon Moments Luis Figo, meaning you could also redeem a Saudi Pro League, EFL or Eredevise TOTS player item.
If you wanted to try your luck with packs, you could spend 14 of your tokens on the 84+ x25 Players Pack, leaving you with nine tokens to claim other rewards. There are also two different TOTS player picks available, with the Premier League TOTS Player Pick (1 of 3) setting you back 19 tokens, or you could redeem the Combined Premier League TOTS and Bundesliga TOTS Player Pick (1 of 3) for 14 tokens.
TOTS Swaps season 1 rewards expiry date
All of the rewards for the TOTS Swaps season 1 are available to claim in the 'Swaps' section of Squad Building Challenges, where you will need to submit the player tokens into the SBCs to claim the rewards. Once you've submitted the player into an SBC, you cannot claim them back, so make sure you have enough tokens for the reward you are trying to claim!
The rewards will remain available to redeem in FUT 22 until 18:00 PM BST on Friday, May 27, 2022. With the rewards being removed, this indicates the end of TOTS Swaps Season 1, with Swaps Season 2 set to begin shortly after with new, updated rewards.
