FIFA 21: Full Hibs player ratings as EA Sports names top Easter Road stars for latest instalment

As we head into the cold winter months and with another 'lockdown' scenario upon us, EA Sports has seen fit to drop the latest instalment of its FIFA series to the delight of fans everywhere.

Football may be in a strange place at the moment, but there are fans to be found in FIFA 21 and plenty of excuses to rage quit, smash controllers and become absolutely raging at how your teammates on Pro Clubs never pass you the ball even though you scored a perfect hat-trick once that was obviously not a fluke and if they just gave you it, you could prove it, just give me the ball, GIVE ME THE BA-sorry, where were we?

Player ratings are always a contentious issue every year when the game is released, with pace stats doing little to explain why your nippy 21-year-old winger is being outpaced by a defender twice his age.

But we are not interested in whether Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo tops the ratings system this year, instead, we'll focus on how the Hibernian stars rank in this edition of the game.

Whether you are planning to be the next Jack Ross in career mode, hoping to take the Hibees global against the best in the world online or looking for a few recruits to bolster your Ultimate Team, it is always useful to know what you are working with.

So who places where in the Hibs player ratings this year?

Scott Allan is tied with Martin Boyle as top dogs with ratings of 69 each.

Jamie Murphy is level with Ofir Marciano in second on 68, with Christian Doidge and Ryan Porteous on 67.

A clutch of players are given a rating of 66, while new signings Kyle Magennis and Kevin Nisbet are given shockingly low ratings in the 62-64 range.
