The FIFA 20 Ultimate Team Winter Refresh promo saw the release of a Winter Refresh team, featuring some of the January transfers that have taken place throughout the world of football.
There were also ratings boosts confirmed, skill move upgrades and a bunch of new players added to the game mode, although that is due to happen this week.
But the Winter Refresh promo should also bring the next batch of Winter Ones to Watch cards, with some of the players who completed January transfers given special cards that get upgraded should the OTW player get an in-form card over the rest of the 2019/20 campaign.
We think the Winter Ones to Watch cards could be released on Friday February 21st 2020, at the normal 6pm UK time slot.

What is the FIFA 20 Ultimate Team Winter OTW promo?
The biggest transfers of the January window normally get dynamic FUT Ones to Watch items that upgrade throughout the season based on their real-world performances for their new clubs, in FUT 19 the Winter OTW team featured players like Cesc Fabregas, Mario Balotelli, Alvaro Morata and Luis Muriel.
Here is some more information regarding OTW items, via the EA SPORTS FIFA website.
"OTW items will be upgraded based on TOTW (until the end of the 2019-20 season), MOTM, Hero, Record Breaker and Team Of The Tournament selections. OTW items will NOT be upgraded based on POTM, Award Winner, SBC, or other in game event selection.
"The player’s position on his Ones To Watch item type will not change. He will however continue to receive any attribute upgrades from that and future applicable in-forms.
"Dynamic Player Items can take a few hours to update in-game after the TOTW is live in packs."
