FIFA 19 Ultimate Team TOTW 28 confirmed as Newcastle star included after stunning international goal

Although we've had to sit through an international break, this week's FUT Team of the Week is still full of world class stars.

That's because international performances count towards the TOTW selection, which means some of the world's best talent are included this week.

And that includes Newcastle United star Salomon Rondon, who helped Venezuela see off Argentina in a surprise 3-1 victory.

Barcelona's Jordi Alba, Lyon's Memphis Depay and Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic are also included, whilst there's also a surprise spot for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

There is no room for Man City and England star Raheem Sterling this week, despite his hat-trick against the Czech Republic, as players who were recently included in a TOTW lineup are not eligible for selection this week - as are players who have been involved in a recent promotion.

Eibar and Serbia goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic (82) starts in goal this week after his impressive performances against Germany and Portugal.

This week's TOTW 28 defence consists of Real Sociedad and Mexico defender Hector Moreno (81), Monaco and Poland defender Kamil Glik (85) and Barcelona and Spain defender Jordi Alba (89).

The TOTW 28 midfield includes Hoffenheim and Germany LM Nico Schulz (84) , Juventus and Bosnia-Herezegovina playmaker Miralem Pjanic (88) , Valencia and Russia winger Denis Cheryshev (81) and Manchester United and France midfielder Paul Pogba (91) .

The TOTW 28 attack features Chelsea and Belgium winger Eden Hazard (94) , Netherlands and Lyon striker Memphis Depay (86) and DR Cingo and Beijing Guoan striker Cedric Bakambu (84) .

After his stunning goal for Venezuela against Argentina, Newcastle's Salomon Rondon (84) earns himself a place on the TOTW bench this week.
