Fetty Wap performed inside Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Thursday for the first time since his October 28 motorcycle accident.
The Paterson, New Jersey native admit he was nervous to take the stage, nearly one month after he broke his leg in the collision. He was wheeled by his entourage while reclining in a giant, golden throne. Sure enough, Fetty said that nothing would keep him from performing for his fans.
"This muh-f**ka hurts like a b**ch," he said, with a Louis Vuitton scarf draped around his broken leg.
Nearly 25-miles from his hometown, the Remy Boz was one of the most anticipated acts of Power 105.1’s Powerhouse 2015. Joined by the Remy Boyz, Monty and surprise guest French Montana. The humble performer confessed that the "long haired, one-eyed n***a" who debuted with the number one album in the country largely owed his success to fans of "Trap Queen," inevitably the hottest song of Summer 2015.
French Montana would take the stage to support the rapper and likely promote the pair's upcoming mixtape collaboration "Coke Zoo." He also paid tribute to the late Queens rapper Chinx, who was fatally shot in Queens earlier this year.
Fetty capped his performance by standing up and showing love to his fans, saying that he would stand up for them as doctors gave him another five weeks before he's able to begin walking again.
The rappers were just two of several big name acts at iHeart Media's concert series including Future, Big Sean, Fetty Wap, Meek Mill, Jeremih, Jidenna and Omarion.
