If you are short on Christmas plans and love nothing better than singing your heart out to an array of cheesy music, there is something coming to Newcastle that could be right up your street quite literally!
After gathering crowds for their regular silent disco events in the city, Silent Adventures are taking things up a few notches with their Festive Silent Discos, which will run right through December.
The event description for the newly announced specials reads "Newcastle is arguably one of the most iconic, beautiful cities in the world.
"Why not take in the amazing streets, twisty wynds, legendary buildings and lively vibe of this amazing city to a soundtrack of belting hits and a sprinkling of Christmas classics to get us in the spirit.
"Expect all your inhibitions to evaporate away as you don our hi-tech headsets and bust some swinging grooves whilst our amazing guides take you on a one hour festive adventure. You’ll never look at Newcastle, or yourselves, in the same way again!"
Fancy belting out Christmas anthems from the likes of Mariah Carey, Slade, Wizzard and Shakin' Stevens through the streets of the Toon?
Tickets for the Festive Silent Discos on December 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21 are available now from the Silent Adventures website.
They are priced from £10 for children and £14.50 for adults. The meeting point for all of the sessions is The Gate.
