Festive drive in cinema showing Home Alone, Elf and The Polar Express in Merseyside

A large drive in cinema showing festive films is still in Merseyside.

St Helens Borough Council brought the cinema to the town as part of the 'Christmas in St Helens' campaign.

The films still to be screened are Home Alone, Elf and The Polar Express.

The drive in theatre is based on Chalon Way, St Helens, close to the now-demolished multi-storey car park, Chalon Way E, St Helens, St Helens WA10 1AB

Visitors can watch the festive favourites from the comfort of their own car, socially distanced, with no mask required.

Tickets are £25 plus a small admin fee.

Tickets can still be bought for the following screenings:

  • Home Alone- Saturday, December 11 at 6pm. Tickets here.
  • Elf- Saturday, December 18 at 6pm. Tickets here.
  • How the Grinch stole Christmas- Sunday December 19 at 4.30pm. Tickets here
  • The Polar Express- Sunday December 19- 8.30pm. Tickets here

Places are limited so visitors are advised to purchase tickets as soon as possible.
