Ferne McCann stuns fans with her sexy and empowered 5-year body transformation

Ferne McCann blew her fans away with her body transformation over five years.

First Time Mum's leading reality star, 30, wowed fans with her incredible changes she's made over the past five years to promote her fitness app Embodyment on Instagram.

Looking back at the two photographs, her most recent snap showed her glowing in a black two-piece and oozing sex appeal in comparison to her throwback from 2015.

She divulged the difference had completely transformed her from "eating s**t, didn't train and no vision" in 2015.

Now she's got a "balanced diet, [is] working out and meditating".

Not only does Ferne look amazing but she also revealed she feels much better for the tweaks.

Her fabulous figure has done wonders for her confidence and her happiness.

The former TOWIE bombshell told fans she felt "empowered, motivated and strong" compared to the past where she felt "demotivated, always tired and unhappy".

It comes after Ferne was seen showering male model Jack Padgett with kisses while away in South Africa with her daughter Sunday over the festive period.

Both Ferne and Jack previously hinted at their union after they shared almost identical photos of their location.

It's her first romance since she split from ex boyfriend Albie Gibbs in May.

Recently, Ferne gushed over the prospect of getting married and falling in love.

The former TOWIE star also hinted she would love to have baby number too as she admitted she was feeling broody.

She told MailOnline : "I am very happy and content at the moment, but the other day I started to feel broody. I saw a pregnant woman in the supermarket and it set me off!

"I started to get that feeling again, honestly, I would love to be pregnant, I love that cosy feeling of growing a baby inside you."

Ferne added: "I'm open to love and I can't wait to meet the one, have kids, get married and run off into the sunset! But there wasn't much dating going on for me last year because of the pandemic."
