Toned Ferne McCann can officially call it lockdown challenge complete after she flaunted her fantastic weight loss.
The former TOWIE babe looks incredible after her 21-day fitness quest - and didn't think twice about showing off the results again.
The epic transformation comes after saying she wanted to make the very most of her time inside to tone up and shed some weight.
The reality star, 29, took to Instagram to show how well she did during those tough three weeks after worrying she wasn't up to it.
Stunning as she posted three sizzling shots, her perfectly fitting blue lingerie clung to her tanned torso.
Ferne captioned the post: "There is only one you and that is your power."
Her Fernutrition Instagram page has proved very popular and last week she wrote after giving fans a before-and-after comparison.
She explained she didn't believe she could achieve such drastic results in just three weeks.
"Theres are my 21 day challenge results," the telly babe said
"Ok so I was dubious to post these pics. Because trust me I have studied them over & over thinking is there any point.
"Let me put one thing straight without sounding like I’m blowing my own trumpet, I have worked so god dam hard the last 21 days.
"I haven't had a drop of alcohol (which is a big deal for me) I know there was no weight to loose BUT I have trained & pushed myself like you wouldn't believe."
The side-by-side snaps show her wearing the same black Nike two-piece but with subtle differences.
She has a noticeably flatter tummy with more defined abs and a more sculpted jawline
Even her thighs and arms appear more taught and defined.
She went on to admit she'd been "non-stop fridge-raiding" since the start of lockdown and just wanted to get healthy again.
Ferne added: "After non stop fridge raiding since the start of lockdown & drowning my sorrows I knew I wanted to get serious!"
