Ferne McCann's fiancé breaks social media silence after alleged 'disgusting' voice note

Ferne McCann's fiancé Lorri Haines has broken his silence on social media following the release of an alleged voice note of the First Time Mum star.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Ferne, 32, has been accused of allegedly sending a "disgusting" voice note about her ex Arthur Collins' acid attack victim.

Lorri, who got engaged to Ferne earlier this year, had avoided posting for a few days following the release of the alleged voice note – which Ferne's pals have said is part of an 'ongoing hate campaign' against her.

Ferne's fiancé has since posted to his Instagram stories, sharing a cryptic comment on Friday evening which read: "Happiness takes belief, time and effort. Stay patient while it all works out."

Another post read: "I'm thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength."

And a final thought-provoking quote posted this morning read: "Every new day is a chance to change your life Good Morning".

It comes after Ferne was accused of making "disgusting" comments about one of her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins' acid attack victims.

The outrageous voice note, posted on an anonymous Instagram profile, said: "I don't know whether to laugh or cry, the silly b***h has made a dress... A papier mache dress out of the newspaper cuttings from the event."

The next story was captioned: "Voice note 5/39 This is the real Ferne talking about the acid victims this is disgusting and vile that she could ever talk about innocent victims. What a disgrace of a woman."

"She'll probably win it I'm not gonna lie. Only because the event and the award she's entered or beauty competition, whatever it is, they're probably loving all this free press for their event," the voice note continued.

"So they'll probably fix it, she'll win it. She is one ugly f***ing c***."

There is nothing to suggest the event or organisers fixed the competition and, in any event, Hall did not win the competition.

Ferne's friends have since hit out at "sick" claims she made the comments in the alleged voice note, telling the Mail Online there is an "ongoing campaign of hate" against the reality star.

The source explained: "Ferne is devastated by the content of these voice messages. This is part of an ongoing hate campaign against her."

Three voice notes from the same account had been previously shared, which alleged Ferne called Sam Faiers "fat" and a "narcissist b***h" while one commented on Billie Faiers opting to call her son the same name as Ferne's acid attacker ex.

Ferne has been in contact with Essex Police regarding the alleged voice notes. A spokesperson for Essex Police told the Mirror last month: "We are investigating a report of malicious communication which was made to us in Brentwood on Thursday 29 September.

"We have spoken to the victim, a woman aged in her 30s, and our enquiries are ongoing."
