TOWIE alumni Ferne McCann flashed a beaming smile as she took a drive in the sunshine with her daughter Sunday following a reported split from her boyfriend Jack Padgett.
Driving through the countryside the TV favourite looked happy and healthy in her Instagram story, which she captioned: "First time in a convertible" in reference to three-year-old daughter Sunday who could be seen smiling in the back seat with the wind in her hair clutching her beloved Bun-Bun toy.
In the story Ferne can be seen listening to Sunday Best by the Surfaces, whose lyrics include: "Feeling good like I should...feeling blessed never stressed."
The star, 30, posted the uplifting video amid reports she has called it quits on her and former flame Jack's short-lived romance due to them being at different stages in their lives, and wanting different things.
The former lovebirds first sent the rumour mill running in December last year when they were spotted sharing an intimate smooch while on holiday together in South Africa.
Just two months later, Ferne revealed that Jack had moved into her Essex home to spend lockdown with the reality TV star and her daughter.
The romance was thought to be Ferne's first since she split from Albie Gibbs in May.
The reality star even previously admitted that she felt as though the model was “the one”, but sadly, the pair have reportedly called it quits after just five months.
Lifting the lid on their break-up, an insider told The Sun that mum-of-one Ferne decided to end things because Jack’s focus right now is on his nightlife and showbiz career.
Meanwhile, Ferne wants to focus on her family life.
The star, who shot to fame on the Essex reality show recently revealed why she didn’t take part in TOWIE’s ten-year reunion celebrations.
Ferne said she swerved the celebratory bash because she ‘doesn’t really know anyone' on the show anymore.
During an appearance on Steph’s Packed Lunch alongside Sunday, she said that TOWIE is now a part of her past, and her priorities now lie in her future.
“That chapter of my life is done,” Ferne explained.
“I didn’t go back for the reunion. I still support the show and I love watching the show.
“But I don’t really know anyone on there anymore.”
Ferne made her debut on the ITVBe show during the ninth series in 2013 before quitting the show in 2016.
She is now focusing on her show First Time Mum on ITVBe which chronicles her life with adorable daughter Sunday.
