Everton have already spent significantly this summer on midfield upgrades, but they are now being linked with moves for other players in other positions too.
Among the big-name players linked with a transfer switch to Goodison Park is Arkadiusz Milik of Napoli.
And Theo Walcott is also being linked with a move away - something that is likely to be sanctioned by the club.
Who?
Theo Walcott.
Where?
The ECHO understands that Southampton have opened talks with Everton over the deadline day signing of Walcott.
What?
Everton have been open to offers for the former England man all window and now his former club Southampton have registered their interest in signing him.
Walcott was left out of consecutive matchday squads for league games but earned a recall on Saturday and came off the bench in the win over Brighton.
But with the 31-year-old now into the final 12 months of his contract at Goodison, and having fallen down the pecking order, a move away from the club could be needed for him to secure regular game time.
Who?
Arkadiusz Milik.
Where?
Cited by the Boot Room, TMW have reported Carlo Ancelotti’s side could yet land the Poland international.
They claim Fiorentina are the only other side in for the 26-year-old with him surplus to requirements at Napoli.
What?
Following the departure of Moise Kean to PSG yesterday, it is easy to see why the Blues are being linked with a forward.
However, the ECHO understands the Blues aren't actively looking to replace the Italian, but as ever, that won’t stop rumours circulating.

Who?
Fernando Llorente.
Where?
According to a report from Football Insider, contact has been made with the Spanish centre-forward’s representatives over a potential move to Merseyside.
What?
Everton have made an approach to sign Fernando Llorente from Napoli.
Llorente has just one year left on his contract in Italy and is unlikely to get game time at the San Paolo Stadium this season following the arrival of Victor Osimhen.
However, as with Milik, the ECHO understands the Blues aren't actively looking to replace Moise Kean, but Evertonains would no doubt be delighted if their side managed to secure another forward today.
