Feeling stressed? Try popping some virtual bubble wrap

The world is a worrying place sometimes, with a lot going on, and even if you aren't finding global affairs a concern it may be there are things in your personal life making you anxious. There are a lot of techniques out there for helping to relieve stress - ways you can employ mindfulness and centre yourself when things get overwhelming.

But in the end, many of us find that nothing beats grabbing a sheet of bubble wrap and giving it a good pop. Now that's just not great for the environment - huge waste of plastic - and you may not have any bubble wrap to hand.

So try this instead - a sheet of virtual bubble wrap you can pop over and over again. Hit the green flag to start, then hit the red stop when you want to reset.

And... chill.
